TL 72 NE BOCKING FENNES ROAD 10/10005 Garden House about 40m WNW of Fennes Farmhouse

Garden house. circa 1830-40. Stuccoed. Welsh slate roof of low pitch with gabled ends. Plan: Small rectangular plan building with central front entrance and doorway into back at south (left) end. Exterior: single storey. Symmetrical 2-window east front. Large C19 30-pane sashes in moulded cases either side of central doorway with moulded doorcase, flat canopy on shaped brackets and flush-panel door, glazed with small panes. Similar partly glazed door on left of left hand (S) end. Interior not inspected.
