Description
The Garden House, located about 40 meters west-northwest of Fennes Farmhouse, dates from around 1830 to 1840. It is a single-storey building with a small rectangular plan, finished in stucco and topped with a low-pitched Welsh slate roof featuring gabled ends. The east front is symmetrical with two large 19th-century 30-pane sash windows set in moulded cases, positioned on either side of a central doorway. This doorway is framed by a moulded doorcase and features a flat canopy supported by shaped brackets, leading to a flush-panel door with small glazed panes. There is also a similar partly glazed door on the left side of the south end. The interior has not been inspected.
