Description

This is a house located 50 metres south of Borley Place, dating from the 16th century or earlier. It features a timber frame and plastered exterior, with some brick cladding on the road side. The east side has a weatherboarded dado. The roof is covered with red plain tiles and is half hipped. The house has two storeys and one range of windows, which are 20th-century casements. There is a red brick chimney stack.
