Description

Bramstons is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered house with a 17th-century wing. It is a two-storey building with a three-window front, featuring double-hung sash windows with glazing bars. The central ground-floor window is a French window. The rear of the property displays two gables, each containing a two-storey oriel bay window. The roof is tiled and hipped. Bramstons, along with the adjacent property at No. 14 (Recess), forms a group with No. 35 (Barnardiston) and No. 2 (White Horse Public House) on Church Street.
