Description

Smithy Cottage is an 18th-century cottage that was altered in the 19th century. It has a timber frame, is plastered, and has a roof made of handmade red clay tiles. The building has a rectangular plan facing northwest and features a central stack. It is two storeys high and has a two-window range of late 19th-century sashes with six lights each. The entrance is a central plain boarded door, and the roof is half-hipped at both ends.
