Description

Fore Riders is a small 16th century timber-framed house that has been altered in the 18th century and later. The exterior is now covered with weatherboarding. The building features a jettied upper storey at the south end and stands two storeys high. It has casement windows with lattice leaded lights from the 20th century, and the roof is tiled. Inside, the house showcases exposed timber-framing. Additionally, there are remains of a moat nearby.
