Description

April Cottage is a cottage dating from the mid to late 17th century. It has a timber frame that is rendered and topped with a thatched roof, featuring a half-hip at the north end. The cottage has a ridge stack made of red brick with grouped shafts set diagonally on a square base. It has a lobby entry and consists of one storey with an attic. There is one gable dormer and three ground floor casements with leaded lights, along with two doorways.
