BALSHAM WEST WRATTING ROAD TL 5850 (West side) 11/31 No 9 (April Cottage) GV II Cottage. Mid-late C17. Timber framed, rendered and thatched with half-hip at north end. Ridge stack of red brick and grouped shafts set diagonally on a square base. Lobby entry. One storey and attic. One gable dormer. Three ground floor casements with leaded liyhts and two doorways.
