Description
Danesbury House is a house from the 17th century that has been renovated and altered in the late 20th century. It features a timber frame with a rendered exterior and a tiled roof, along with original gault brick end stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic. On the first floor, there are three horizontal sliding sash windows in their original openings. The ground floor has been altered and includes double hung sash windows and a recessed doorway with a modern door. There are single storey extensions at each end of the house; the extension at the north-west end has rendered walls and a tile mansard roof, likely dating from the late 18th century, while the other extension is from the 19th century and is made of flint with brick dressings and a tiled roof.
