Description

Home Farmhouse is a house dating from the 17th century, with a 20th-century addition to the south gable. It is timber-framed and has a cement paryetted render. The original thatched roof has been replaced with a modern plain tiled half hipped roof. The building has one storey and an attic, featuring a modified original three-unit plan with a lobby entry. There is a square planned ridge stack with three diagonal shafts. The house has four gabled semi-dormer windows with three-light casements, along with four similar casement windows on the ground floor. To the right, there is a closed porch with a 20th-century panelled door, and to the left, there is another entrance with a 20th-century door. The structure stands on a tarred brick plinth.
