The building has two gault brick ridge stacks and a high plastered plinth. It is one storey with an attic and possibly has an altered three-unit plan, with the main entrance located on the right side, accessed through a boarded door. The cottage has three ground floor windows, which include two casement windows and one eyebrow dormer window. There is also pargetted decoration added in the 20th century.
