Description

Brook Bank is a cottage dating from the early 17th century. It is timber-framed, with plaster rendering and a longstraw thatched roof featuring a single flue ridge stack. The building consists of three bays and has one storey plus an attic, with three dormers. There are three casement windows on either side of a boarded door. Inside, there is an inglenook fireplace and a three-light diamond mullion window in the north wall. A narrow end bay, likely used for storage, is only one storey high.
