Description

No. 47 High Street is a handed pair of cottages that have been converted into a single dwelling. They date from the early 19th century and are constructed from dressed clunch blocks, which are rendered, and feature a red pantile roof along with a 19th-century gault brick chimney stack. The building has an able end facing the road and a lean-to at the rear. It is one storey high and has one casement window and one boarded door for each of the original cottages.
