Cottage, C18 altered and restored in C20. Timber framed and plaster rendered with steeply pitched thatched roof of reed with small ridge stack of gault brick. Plan of three bays and lobby entry. One storey and attic. One gable dormer. Two early C19 hung sashes of sixteen panes each on either side of doorway with C20 door. Right hand, front wall part rebuilt when garage inserted. Built on the edge of the former village green.
