The building has a symmetrical design and incorporates two internal chimney stacks. It is a double-pile structure, meaning it has two rows of rooms, and has two storeys with a double-fronted appearance. The front facade displays a range of three recessed flush frame sixteen-pane hung sash windows, each set within a cambered arch. The central doorway has a reeded doorcase and boss enrichment details, topped by an original narrow hood supported by similar paired brackets. The doorway is fitted with a panelled door and a rectangular fanlight. Group value is evident in its contribution to the streetscape.
