Description
This is a house, likely dating to circa 1730-40. It is constructed of yellow gault brick with red brick detailing, and features a steeply pitched asbestos roof with end stacks. The gable ends are tumbled and there is a red brick dentil eaves cornice. The house follows a lobby entry plan. It is two storeys high, with a three-brick chequerboard pattern band running horizontally across the facade. A segmental arch defines the location of the original blind window at first floor level. However, the two other windows at first floor have been enlarged. Similar enlarged window openings and a doorway are visible on the ground floor. The rear elevation shows one window opening and two blocked openings.
