Description
No. 12 Hay Street is a small house dating from the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed of clay bat and features a slated roof with an end stack on the left side and a rear stack on the right side. The building has two storeys, with a central boarded door that has a small rectangular light above it. On the ground floor, there are two three-light casement windows, while the first floor has three casement windows. This house is attached to No. 14 to the north and is included for its group value.
