The house likely has a double-depth plan, featuring heated rooms on either side of a central stair hall. The front is symmetrical with three bays, and it includes a six-panel front door topped by a segmental fanlight with spoke glazing bars, along with a segmental porch hood. The house has 12-pane sash windows, although the ground floor windows have been replaced with plastic. The property is set back from the High Street and is part of a group with No. 11.
