Description

Home Farmhouse is a house dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is possibly timber-framed and features roughcast render on its exterior. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, and there are two gault brick stacks with octagonal shafts. The building has a brick plinth and stands two storeys tall, with an outshut to the right side made of painted brick and topped with a pantiled roof. The central entrance has a pedimented wooden doorcase that frames a six-panelled door. On the ground floor, there are two sixteen-paned hung sash windows, and three similar windows are located on the first floor.
