Description
No. 16, Hay Street is a 17th-century timber-framed cottage. It has a corrugated iron roof and a plastered brick stack located behind the ridge. The cottage is one storey and attic, with a three-unit plan and a gable outshut to the right. It features a glazed front door and two ground-floor windows. A single, sloping-roofed dormer window is visible in the roof.
