Description

No. 6 School Lane is a 17th-century cottage that features a timber frame and plastered exterior, with some exposed timber framing. The cottage has a thatched, half-hipped roof and a local 17th-century brick ridge stack. It is one storey high with an attic, and includes three dormer windows along with two ground floor casement windows. The entrance is marked by a boarded door located in a lobby entry position to the right of the center. The building stands on a brick plinth that is partially rendered.
