Description

The outhouse at Top Farm, dating from the 19th century, was originally used as a dairy and coach-house. It is constructed of clunch on a yellow brick plinth and features a steeply pitched plain tile roof with a dentil eaves cornice and a ridge stack. The building has one storey and an attic, with one iron casement window that has leaded lights located in the gable end. There are stable and cartway openings in the side wall. This structure is included for its group value.
