Description

This granary, located approximately 5 metres to the north-east of Number 141 (The Grange) in Dyer's Green, dates back to the 18th century. It features a timber-framed structure that is weather-boarded, topped with a 20th-century ridge tiled roof, and supported by brick piers. There is a boarded door on the left side, which is accessed by steps, and double doors on the right side. The interior previously contained bins, which have been recently removed. It is believed that this granary was possibly constructed by the Wimpole estate when The Grange was converted into a farmhouse.
