Description

Windy Ridge is a cottage, originally two cottages, likely built in the 18th to early 19th century and extended in the mid to late 20th century. The structure is timber-framed, rendered, and thatched, featuring an original single-flue red brick stack on the right-hand gable end and a later end stack on the left. The building has one storey and an attic, with two 20th-century casement windows. The doorway is now located at the left-hand end. The rear range is also timber-framed and thatched, with a grey gault brick stack, and it similarly has one storey and an attic.
