Description

The Thatch is a 18th-century cottage located on the south side of Main Street in Shudy Camps. It features a timber-framed structure that is plastered and topped with long straw thatch. The building has a ridge stack and a later external end stack. It is one storey high with an attic and includes one dormer with a sloping slate roof. There are small casements on either side of a modern gabled porch that is positioned at the center bay.
