Description

This is a late 17th-century cottage with 20th-century renovations. It is timber-framed with a roughcast rendered exterior and a plain tiled roof. A rebuilt red brick ridge stack sits atop the roof. The cottage has two storeys, with a single-storey range extending to the east, featuring a gable end stack. The building follows a three-unit, lobby-entry plan. A 20th-century closed porch with a glazed door is present, and a boarded door is located on the left-hand side. Three large ground-floor casement windows, each with central glazing bars, and three small first-floor casement windows are also visible.
