Description

Dormer Cottage is a cottage dating from around 1750. It is timber-framed, plaster rendered, and partially weatherboarded. The cottage features a tiled mansard roof with a rebuilt ridge stack. It has a single range of three-room plan, with the gable end facing the road. The building is one storey high with an attic and includes two gable dormers. All the windows are from the 20th century, and the doorway is located in a 20th-century lean-to porch. On the rear side wall, there are raised key blocks of plaster that form arches in the original door and window openings.
