Description

Home Farmhouse is a late 17th-century farmhouse that has undergone 20th-century additions and renovations. It features a timber frame with plaster and a plain tiled roof, along with an end stack on the right side and a red brick ridge stack. The building is two storeys high and originally had a three-unit plan, which has been modified with bays rebuilt to the south. The main entrance is located in the 20th-century range to the west. The east elevation includes five casement windows on the first floor and three on the ground floor. Inside, there are original back-to-back hearths, chamfered ceiling beams, and exposed timber framing that displays incised carpenter's assembly marks.
