Description

This building is a cottage located at 40 High Street, dating from the late 17th century or early 18th century. It is timber framed with roughcast render and has a plain tiled roof. The cottage features a gable end stack on the left side and a rectangular ridge stack on the right side. It is two storeys high and has a gable end outshut on the right, which may have replaced a demolished bay of the original house. The front includes a four-panelled door, along with two casement windows on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
