Description

Ivy House is a house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is timber-framed with roughcast render and has a plain tiled roof. The house features external brick end stacks that are partly painted. The symmetrical facade has three bays and includes a reeded doorcase with plain lined panels, a reeded flush panelled door, and a plain rectangular fanlight with a hooded cornice above. There are two flush framed twelve-paned hung sash windows on the ground floor and three on the first floor.
