Description

No. 2 The Green is a 17th-century farmhouse constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior. It features a three-unit plan, a rear outshut, and a later extension to the east. The roof is covered with plain tiles and includes a ridge stack with grouped diagonal shafts, a side stack to the east, and a gable end stack made of early red brick with a reduced diagonal shaft to the west. The building has four windows on both the first and ground floors, which vary in size and include glazing bars, along with two boarded doors.
