Description

The Tinderbox is a 17th-century timber-framed house located on the north-east side of Kimbolton High Street. It features a later extension at the rear that was refronted in the late 19th century. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a side passage on the south-east side. The timber frame is rendered, and it has a plain tile roof with a rear stack. There are two flat-roofed casement windows, two large hung sash windows on the first floor, and two canted bay windows with a plank door facing north-east.
