Description

Little Dormers is a 17th century cottage located on the east side of St Ives Road in Houghton. It features a one-storey and attic design with a three-unit plan. The building is constructed with a timber frame and rough-cast exterior, topped with a thatched roof that has a coved eaves cornice. There is a ridge stack made of two-inch brick. The cottage has three dormer windows equipped with horizontal sliding sashes and glazing bars. Additionally, there are modern casement windows and a plank door positioned in line with the stack.
