Description

The stables, coach house, and cottage ranges are located approximately 5 metres north-west of Stibbington Hall and date from the mid-19th century. They are constructed of rock-faced limestone with freestone and ashlar dressings, topped with Collyweston stone slated roofs. The main range is one storey with an attic and is arranged in an L-plan, with a stable range at the rear.

The main facade is symmetrical, featuring coped parapets on the gables and dormers. The wide gabled central bay includes a coach house entry, which is accessed through a four-centred arch with a square head and moulded label, flanked by double boarded doors and a two-light window above. On either side of the archway, there are two cottages, each with two ground floor two-light casement windows, one single-light window, and a boarded door, all adorned with moulded drip moulds. Additionally, there are two two-light casement dormer windows. The structure is set on an ashlar plinth.
