Description

This is an 1828-1850 brick house on St Peter’s Road, Huntingdon, set back between numbers 27 and 29. It was originally built as the watch-keeper’s house, with a chapel situated above. The house is constructed of gault brick, with two storeys and a 1:3:1 window arrangement, featuring canted side sections and a slightly recessed central portion. The central porch has double doors, a fanlight, and impost blocks. The roof is slate, with a central chimney. A rear wing, formerly a workshop, is also present.
