Brook Farmhouse is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered farmhouse featuring a hall and cross-wing plan. It has one storey and an attic, topped with a plain tile roof. The building includes one gabled dormer window with a horizontal sliding sash and glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are four similar windows and a boarded door aligned with the stack.
