Description

High Ridge is a building originally constructed as a farmhouse in the 16th century, with additions made in the 17th century. It features a timber frame and is plastered, topped with a thatched roof. The structure has a large ridge stack made of early brick, along with end stacks. It stands two storeys tall and has six hung sash windows on the first floor, which include three horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are four casement windows and one horizontal sliding sash window, along with two plank doors.
