Description

1 The Avenue is a late 18th century building that stands two storeys tall with attics. It is constructed of painted brick and features a tiled mansard roof, with a band running between the storeys. The façade has two windows, which are hung sashes with glazing bars, and a plain moulded frame surrounds the doorway, which contains a glazed panelled door. The windows are fitted with exterior shutters. Additionally, there are two attic dormers and brick stacks at each end of the building.
