Description

The Black Bull Public House is a building located on Post Street in Godmanchester. The central part of the structure is likely a 17th-century timber-framed building that was refaced in the 18th century. It has two storeys and features three windows, some of which are sash windows with glazing bars. At each end of the building, there are projecting two-storey wings that were added in the mid-19th century. These wings are stuccoed and have tiled roofs, and the ground floor includes bay windows. The pub occupies an important position at the northern entrance to the town.
