Description

No. 7 on London Road is an 18th-century cottage with a two-unit plan. It features a timber frame set on a brick plinth and is roughcast rendered. The roof is modern and covered with tiles, topped with a ridge stack made of local brick. The cottage has two storeys and includes two horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars, which are flush with the eaves. There are also two larger, similar windows on either side of the front doorway. The entrance is marked by a 19th-century six-panelled door with moulded jambs.
