Description

This is a two-story building dating back to around 1900, situated on the west side of Market Square. It has a slated roof with projecting eaves and is constructed of painted brick. The façade features a plain first-floor band. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars are set within gauged segmental brick arches. The first floor has two windows, with a three-window return and a one-window splayed corner treatment. A modern shopfront occupies the ground floor. The building is included on the list for its group value, together with numbers 8 and the Old Falcon Inn.
