Description

The granary, stables, and coach house located approximately 15 metres south of Stibbington Manor were built around 1850. They are constructed from rock-faced limestone and freestone, topped with a Collyweston stone slate roof. The building is one storey with an attic, featuring a first-floor granary. There are double boarded doors and stable doors on the left and right sides, along with two horizontal sliding sash windows that have wooden lintels. The hipped roof has a loft entry with a boarded door, which is accessed by stone steps from the right side. Flanking the loft entry are two hipped dormer windows that provide slatted wooden ventilation. Inside the granary, there are storage compartments. A mounting block is located beside the stair. This building is included for its group value with Stibbington Manor.
