Late C19 house. Gault brick, with red gauged brick arches. Slate roof with end stacks. Two storeys and basement. Three first floor, four-paned hung sash windows in segmental arches with stone cills. Two similar ground floor windows flank plain wooden doorcase and modern door with rectangular fanlight. Included for group value.
