Description

This is a mid-19th century house, now used as a club. It is constructed of gault brick with a low-pitched slate roof and paired, bracketed eaves. Brick end stacks are present. The house has two main floors and a smaller attic storey. The facade features ranges of five twelve-pane, recessed sash windows on both the ground and first floors, with smaller sashes in the attic. An off-centre doorway has flanking pilasters to the reveals, a panelled door, and a rectangular fanlight above. The building is listed for its group value.
