Description

This is a cottage, dated 1804 as shown by a plaque on the front elevation. It is constructed of clunch (a type of limestone) with brick gable walls and foundations, all painted and rendered. The roof is tiled with pantiles, and it has end stacks built of local red brick. The cottage is one storey high with an attic space. It features three dormer windows with casement windows, three ground floor casement windows set within segmental brick arches (one replacing an original door), and a porch on the right-hand side.
