Description

Walton House is an early 19th-century building now used as offices. It is constructed of gault brick and features a plain tile roof with an end stack to the north-west. The house is two storeys high and has an L-plan layout with five symmetrical bays. On the first floor, there are three recessed sixteen-paned hung sash windows set in cambered gauged brick arches, along with one sealed window flanking a central hung sash window that has glazing bars shaped to a round-headed brick arch. The ground floor also has four similar windows. The entrance features a four-panelled door with a rectangular fanlight, a reeded wooden architrave, and a modern canopy. Inside, the building retains its original staircase and panelled doors.
