Description
Malting Cottage is an early 19th-century brick building that was originally a pair of houses. It stands two storeys tall and features a three-window range with casements that have glazing bars. The doorways are adorned with simple architraves and cornices. At the northwest end, there is a single-storey addition with a pantiled roof. The main block has a tiled roof, which was updated in the 20th century. The house underwent restoration and renovation in 1971. It is included for its group value with nearby buildings.
