Description

74 St Mary's Street is an early 19th-century brick house that stands two storeys tall. It features a three-window range with double-hung sash windows that have glazing bars, all set in flush cased frames. The central entrance is a six-panel door topped by a rectangular fanlight, framed by a wooden doorcase that includes panelled reveals, a reeded architrave, and a small flat cornice. The roof is tiled and was replaced in the 20th century. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 70 to 86 (even).
