Description
No. 33 The Row is a house dating from the early 18th century. It is constructed of red brick, featuring Flemish bond on the front wall and English bond on the end walls. The house has a steeply pitched roof, which is currently covered with corrugated iron, and tumbled gable end parapets. There is a ridge stack on the roof. The layout consists of a three-room and lobby entry plan, with two storeys and three brick bands between the storeys.
On the first floor, there are three 18th to 19th century three-light cross frame casement windows with modern glazing. The ground floor has three similar windows with segmental arches above them. The doorway leading to the lobby entry features an early 19th century architrave and a six-panelled door that consists of two flush panels and four raised and fielded panels.
