Description

This is an early to mid-19th century terrace of six buildings, numbered 23 to 27, located on the north-west side of Portugal Place. The buildings are constructed of grey gault brick and extend two storeys plus a basement. Each building has two windows, featuring sash windows with glazing bars. The front doors are panelled, and cast-iron railings lead to the front steps. The roofs are slate. The listed buildings collectively form a group.
