Description

This is a mid-19th century terrace of six buildings, numbered 6 to 18, on the west side of Theatre Street. The buildings are two storeys high, with a basement, and constructed of red brick with white brick dressings. They have a slate roof and four chimney stacks. Each building has one sash window with intact glazing bars. The simple doorcase is characteristic of the period. Round-headed passage entrances are located between numbers 6 and 8, 10 and 12, and 14 and 16; these passages have wooden doors. Buildings 2 to 18 (the even numbers) are designated as a group.
