Description

This is an early 19th century terrace of eight buildings, numbered 21 to 28, located on the southwest side of Dover Street. The buildings are two storeys high with a basement, and are constructed of red brick. They have hipped tiled roofs with stone coping to the parapet. Each building has one cambered sash window on each floor with original glazing bars, with some windows being blank. Simple, round-headed doorcases are present, with blocked fanlights above the doorways, except for numbers 21 and 22. The buildings are listed at Grade II for their group value, forming a group with numbers 20 to 36.
